PRECAUTIONS & WARNINGS: 

  • Children are not allowed to use this firepit

  • Firepit must be attended by adults at all times. Do not leave children and/or pets around the firepit when in use. 

  • Do not move the firepit. 

  • If you smell gas during operation, immediately shut off the gas and extinguish the flames. Contact us immediately. 

  • Do not put anything, including body parts, into the flame of the firepit. 

  • Do not cook anything over the firepit.

  • Do not place clothing or other flammable materials near the fire pit

  • Do not place food or eat on the surface of the firepit

  • Keep a safe distance from the firepit when in use. Do not sit or rest hands or feet on the firepit. 

  • To avoid burns, do not touch or move any part of the firepit when in use. Wait until it has completely cooled (about 45 minutes). 

  • Do not stand on the firepit. 

  • Be careful when igniting the firepit as flame may flare initially

  • Do not breathe in the smoke from the firepit.

  • Do not alter the firepit as this could cause a safety hazard. 

  • Failure to follow these warnings, precautions and instructions may cause death, serious injury or property damage. 

There is a fire extinguisher on the deck by the master bedroom doors

Instructions

  1. Remove lid that covers the flame unit and glass beads.

  2. Open the door on the side and turn propane tank knob counter-clockwise to release gas.
